It’s the oldest film festival in the world. The Mostra di Venezia is Italy’s opportunity to roll out the red carpet, as Hollywood decamps to the Grand Canal. The festival brings together A-list celebrities, eagerly awaited features and a selection of shorts and documentaries. FRANCE 24’s Louise Dupont sits down with Mel Gibson and Andrew Garfield, as they present the Second World War drama “Hacksaw Ridge” and we get a preview of the buff bodies of zombie caper “The Bad Batch”.
