THE BUZZ: For a moment there I thought comic relief in the form of Steve Zahn’s character, Bad Ape, might derail what’s proved to be one of the strongest movie trilogies ever made, but advanced reviews from a few friends who have seen Matt Reeves’ final Apes installment agree with the journalists who have said that the picture deserves a Special Achievement Oscar.
